Tikka Boti Masala

Ingredients

Himalayan Pink Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Black Pepper, Coriander, Turmeric, Clove, Carom, Cinnamon, Big Cardamom, Sodium Bi Carbonate, Citric Acid (E-330).

  • Meat (Small cubes) (Beef/Mutton/Chicken) 1–1½ kg
  • Ginger Paste ½ tbsp
  • Yogurt (whipped) ½–1 Cup / 100–200g
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil/Butter 1–1½ Cup / 200–300ml
  • Lemon Juice ½–¾ Cup
  • Tavaazo Tikka Boti Masala 1 Packet – 50g
  1. Dissolve Tavaazo Tikka Boti Masala in half cup of water.
  2. Add ginger, garlic paste, yogurt and apply it to the meat. Marinate for 6–8 hours.
  3. Place the meat on the skewer on low flame of coal fire/gas stove or in the oven. Grill the meat till it becomes tender and evenly brown/cook all over.
  4. Brush the meat periodically with butter/oil and turn the skewers to heat evenly till golden brown. Remove any burned meat with a clean cloth before serving.
