Fried Fish

Ingredients:

Himalayan Pink Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Carom, Turmeric, Coriander, Mustard, Garlic, Fenugreek, Clove, Big Cardamom, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Citric Acid (E-330).

  • Fish (Cleaned & Washed) 1½ kg
  • Lemon Juice / Vinegar 3–4 tbsp
  • Oil 2–3 Cup / 400–600ml
  • Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Gram Flour 2 tbsp
  • Tavaazo Fried Fish Masala 1 Packet – 50g
  1. Add lemon juice or vinegar to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add garlic and Tavaazo Fried Fish Masala, mix thoroughly and apply to the fish. Then sprinkle gram flour on both sides and set aside for 30 minutes or more.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the fish on medium heat until it is brown on both sides.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle Malka Chaat Masala.
Serve with fresh salad and chutney.
