Curry Powder

Ingredients

Himalayan Pink Salt, Red chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Fennel, Cinnamon, Cloves,
Cardamom, Carom, Black pepper, Mango powder, Ginger, Garlic, Fenugreek, Mustard, Citric acid (E-330).

  • Chicken/Beef/Mutton (with bone or boneless) 500g
  • Tomato (grinded) 1 piece
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Coriander (Optional)
  • Malka Curry Powder 2–3 tablespoon
  • Onion (medium sliced) 2 pcs
  • Yogurt (whipped) ½ Cup / 100g
  • Oil/Ghee ¾ Cup / 150ml
  • Green Chilli (Optional)
  • Tavazzo Curry Powder 2–3 tablespoon
  1. Heat the oil or ghee in a pan and fry an onion until it becomes translucent; remove the onion, grind it, and set aside.
  2. In the same oil or ghee, add the ground onion, ginger, and garlic paste and fry well.
  3. Add the ground tomato and fry for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken/mutton/beef and fry well, then add Tavazzo Curry Powder and yogurt, mix well, and fry for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add 1–2 cups of water, cover, and cook till the meat becomes tender and the oil separates.
  6. Add the required water for gravy, cook for 5 minutes, and remove.
  7. Add green chilies and fresh coriander for garnish (add 3–4 cups of water for mutton or beef).
* Serve with Chapati/Paratha/Naan or boiled Rice.
