Chaat Masala

Ingredients

Himalayan Pink Salt, Red Chilli, Fennel, Black Pepper, Garlic, Long Pepper, Cumin, Carom, Clove, Mango Powder, Cinnamon, Citric Acid (E-330).

Ingredients Required

  • Chana Fruit Chaat
  • Chickpeas (Kabli)
  • (soaked with 1 tsp Baking Soda and 3–4 cups of water) 250g (small)
  • Tamarind Pulp ¼ Cup
  • Potatoes (Boiled & Peeled) 3 pcs (small cubes)
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Mix Fruits (Small Cubes) 1 Cup
  • Dates (soaked pulp) 1 Cup
  • Tavaazo Chaat Masala 3–4 tbsp

Steps for Cooking

  1. Wash soaked chickpeas and boil them with 2–3 cups of water.
  2. Now combine chickpeas, dates, and all fruits, tamarind pulp, lemon juice, and Tavaazo Chaat Masala, mix well, and serve.

Ingredients Required

  • Chickpeas (Kabli)
  • (soaked with 1 tsp Baking Soda and 3–4 cup of water) 250g (small)
  • Green Chillies (Finely chopped) 3–4 pcs
  • Papri (roughly crushed) 1 Cup
  • Potatoes (Boiled & Peeled) 3 pcs (small cubes)
  • Coriander/Mint (Chopped) ¼ Cup
  • Onion (Chopped) 1 piece
  • Tamarind Pulp ½ Cup
  • Tavaazo Chaat Masala 3–4 tbsp

Steps for Cooking

  1. Wash soaked chickpeas and boil with 2 to 3 cups of water.
  2. Mix all of the above ingredients into the chickpeas, then add the Tavaazo Chaat Masala and papri.
Note: Add 1/2 cup of yoghurt to make Dahi Chana Chaat.
