Achar Gosht Masala

Ingredients

Himalayan Pink Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Fennel Turmeric, Nigella, Mustard, Coriander, Garlic, Ginger, Papaya, Fenugreek, Carom, Citric Acid (E-330), Pickle Flavor, Silicon Dioxide (E-551) as an anticaking agent.

  • Beef/Mutton/Chicken 750g – 1Kg
  • Tomato (medium) 6-7pcs/400-450g (Small cubes)
  • Ginger Paste 1½ tbsp
  • Yogurt (whipped) 1½ Cup/300g
  • Oil/Ghee 1 kop/250 ml
  • Onion (medium) 1½ tbsp (Finely chopped)
  • Garlic Paste 1½ tbsp
  • Green Chillies 10-12pcs
  • Lemon Juice 3-4 tbsp
  • Tavaazo Achar Gosht Masala 1 packet – 50 g
  1. Combine 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1-2 tablespoons of Tavaazo Achar Gosht Masala, mix well, and fill it in slitted green chili and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil or ghee and fry the onion until it turns translucent.
  3. Fry the meat, ginger, and garlic paste for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining Tavaazo Achar Gosht Masala and yogurt and mix well.
  5. Add 1 cup of water, cover, and cook till meat becomes tender (in the case of mutton or beef, add 2-3 cups of water).
  6. Add the tomato cubes and cook until they are soft. When the oil or ghee separates, place slitted stuffed green chilies, cover, and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  7. Add lemon juice and remove.
  8. Add a bhagar of curry leaves and whole red chili for more taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander and Serve with naan, chapati, or plain rice.
