Sheer Khurma

Ingredients

Sugar, Vermicelli (Made of Wheat Flour), Dry dates, Almond, Pistachio, Cardamom, Saffron Flavor.

  • Milk 1 Litre
  • Almond 1 tbsp
  • Milk Powder 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio 1 tbsp
  • Tavaazo Sheer Khurma Mix 1 Packet – 155g
Boil 1 litre of milk with 2 tablespoons of dry milk powder and stir well. Add Tavaazo Sheer Khurma Mix, cook for 15–20 minutes, and stir frequently. For required thickness, cook for 5 minutes more. * Serve hot or cold.
In 1 tablespoon of butter or ghee, add Tavaazo Sheer Khurma Mix and fry for 1 minute. Add boiled milk, milk powder and stir well, cook on medium flame for 15–20 minutes, and stir frequently. For required thickness, cook for 5 minutes more. * Garnish with Almonds, Pistachios and serve hot or cold.
